The progress of the world will call for the best that all of us have to give.

For executive directors who seek to do their best, LeaderSpring is pleased to again offer a Fellowship to help them to move to their next horizon of personal and organizational growth.  The LeaderSpring program leads to a richly diverse alumni network, now with 114 members.

LeaderSpring, building on its 13-year proven record, invites talented veteran and mid-career nonprofit executive directors based in San Francisco to apply for our two-year, on-the-job Fellowship.  This Fellowship is ideal for those who lead agencies serving low-income communities and communities of color, and who seek to achieve breakthroughs in agency performance while gaining self renewal.  Fellows participate in overnight retreats, monthly day-long gatherings, workshops with seasoned trainers, executive coaching, and a customized week-long study trip to a nationally respected agency.

The Class of 2012 East Bay Fellowship will be awarded to fourteen select leaders at no cost to them or their agencies. Fellows will continue to lead their nonprofits during the Fellowship, which will begin in December 2010 and conclude in October 2012.  Monthly Leaders Circles will take place on the third Thursday of every month (with occasional exceptions due to holidays).

As a LeaderSpring Fellow, you will have the opportunity to experience personal transformation as well as achieve exponential impact on behalf of the agency you lead and the communities you serve.

Applications are distributed after a preliminary screening to determine eligibility. To schedule a screening, please contact LeaderSpring at (510) 286-8949 or info@leaderspring.org.  Note: recruitment for the Class of 2012 will begin in July of 2011.  Screenings will be conducted in August of 2011.
