Diana, LeaderSpring Alumna Class of 2003, is a Social Entrepreneur, Jr. UX Designer, Facilitator of Transformational Change with over 27 years of experience spanning the fields of public health, community development and social entrepreneurship. A certified B Corp since 2012, Sweet Livity provides a range of wellness services for individuals and organizations in the areas of self-care (stress management and well-being), community care (conflict resolution and reducing workplace discrimination), and business care (increasing corporate sustainability and generating equitable economic development in vulnerable communities). The aim of Sweet Livity's work is support individuals and businesses serving vulnerable communities to do their jobs to the fullest, with improved well-being, sustainability and results. Diana Marie served as Chair of Board of Directors for Highlander Research and Education Center in New Market, Tennessee.  She was also Senior Program Associate, Program Director and Vice President of Programs for the National Community Development Institute based in Oakland, CA. She is an elder healing woman whose roots are African American and Cherokee Nation, from Tahlequah and Muskogee, Oklahoma. She has a BS Degree from SFSU in Health Science/Community Health Education. Diana grew up working class in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently lives a bi-coastal lifestyle with bases in Miami, FL and the San Francisco Bay Area.
