Fostering Collaborative Leadership

LeaderSpring provides leadership development and community building support to leaders of The California Endowment’s statewide Building Healthy Communities (BHC) Initiative. Leaders represent communities across California - as far north as Del Norte, as far east as East Salinas, and as far south as San Diego.

LeaderSpring has fortified this statewide leader network with leadership development and peer support since 2010. We continuously refine our understanding of what support the BHC leaders most need to equitably and inclusively achieve intended community-wide health outcomes. Our offerings include: 1) leadership development and capacity building in such areas as team building, collaborative leadership, and adaptability in a fast-changing, dynamic environment; and 3) customized support to individual leaders through executive coaching and goal setting.
