Yulkendy is a fearless advocate for change, a dynamic educator, and co-founder and a managing partner at Forefront. She is a master facilitator and expert committed to infusing the values of diversity, inclusion, and equity in the way we work and effect change. Yulkendy has a B.S. in business management from Babson College and has received numerous fellowships by the Harvard Kennedy School, Indiana University SPEA, Resolution Project, Opportunity Nation, Net Impact, and Young People For. Her corporate experience includes working with EY, Puma, Innosight Consulting, and Bank of America. Her work extends outside of the U.S. She has traveled to over 20+ countries, some of which included implementing educational initiatives in Uganda and Rwanda. She is the proud recipient of the Latina 30 under 30 Award by El Mundo. Media outlets such as NPR, USA Today, Huffington Post, Vice Impact, have featured her. She is a thought leader and sought-after speaker in conferences such as SXSW, Tech Inclusion by Change Catalyst, the Haiti Tech Summit, and The Boston Tech Jam. Yulkendy was born in the Dominican Republic and lives between St. Louis, Missouri and Boston, Massachusetts.
