What is possible when frontline workers, direct service providers, and organizers are cared for also? What new ways of thinking, providing, leading, organizing, visioning, being, are possible for the bay area social sector and the communities most impacted by systemic oppression?
We invite Bay Area non-profit and social sector leaders to join the 2027 Emerging Women of Color LeadStrong Cohort in a day of recovery, toolkit building, and vision-planning that centers collective care practices towards bridging the direct service and organizing roles across the field.
