Natalie Aguilera, MPA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Native American Health Center (NAHC) and has spent decades at the forefront of healthcare leadership, championing the health and well-being of the Native American community in the San Francisco Bay Area. As⁠ an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, she holds a deeply personal connection to the community she serves. Natalie has led numerous impactful initiatives such as the Seven Generations Scholarship fund and the Weaving Communities Together development project. Recognizing the intersectionality of health and housing, Natalie has driven NAHC's expansion into housing development forward addressing the critical need for safe and stable living environments for the community by integrating affordable housing with healthcare services. The latest development project at 3050 International Boulevard, set to open in early 2026, will offer expanded dental services, a cultural community center, as well as 76 units of affordable housing.⁠

Holding a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, Natalie continues to advocate for the needs of the Native American community on the boards of the National Council of Urban Indian Health and the California Consortium for Urban Indian Health. Her commitment to service, visionary leadership, and deep roots in her community make Natalie an instrumental force in the advancement of NAHC’s mission to provide comprehensive care. She remains deeply dedicated to the vision of a healthier, more equitable future for Native American communities.⁠
