2025 End of the Year Report
As we share LeaderSpring Center’s 2025 Annual Report, we pause to reflect on a year grounded in connection, learning, and collective leadership. In a time of ongoing complexity and change, our work remained rooted in a core belief: when leaders are supported, they are better equipped to build thriving organizations and communities.
Leadership Development Through Learning Communities
Our Learning Communities continued to be a cornerstone of our leadership development approach in 2025. These cohort-based spaces brought nonprofit and social sector leaders together to learn, reflect, and grow in community. Participants strengthened leadership skills, deepened relationships, and found space to reconnect with purpose—reminding us that leadership is sustained through shared practice and belonging.
Advancing Equity Through Impact Consulting
Through Impact Consulting, we partnered with organizations advancing equity and systems change, including the Koshland Program at the San Francisco Foundation, Vallejo Building Black Power and Leadership, Metta Fund, and the Black Disabled Liberation Project at Borealis. Together, we supported leadership alignment, organizational health, and values-driven strategies that strengthen long-term impact and resilience.
Convening Community and Shared Meaning
Our Annual Reception and Convening, themed “Remembering the Threads: Weaving Our Collective Purpose,” served as a powerful moment of reflection and connection. Guided by the P.R.I.A. framework—Pause. Remember/Return. Imagine. Act.—leaders gathered to honor the relationships and histories that ground our work while imagining the future we are building together. This convening reaffirmed our commitment to leadership rooted in care, accountability, and collective action.
Learning, Evaluation, and Accountability
In partnership with the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race & Ethnicity at The Ohio State University, we shared findings from an independent assessment of our LEADSTRONG Fellowship. Authored by Dr. Ange-Marie Hancock, Transforming a Community of Values into a Valued Community affirms the impact of values-aligned leadership development and offers meaningful insights to guide our continued growth.
We are deeply grateful to the leaders, partners, funders, and community members who made this work possible. We invite you to explore our 2025 Annual Report to learn more about our programs, partnerships, and impact—and to continue weaving this work with us in the year ahead.
